It’s another green tea/matcha product review~ I told you guys that I can’t get enough of green tea/matcha. They’re just so perfect. This time it’s a review on Whamisa by Glow Recipe Green Tea Moisturizer. I bought this when I also bought LGH Grow Matcha Clay Pack Mask since I was looking for any product that was green tea/matcha based. I was also in search for a daytime moisturizer so this was a perfect purchase.
I never thought I was a cat person. When I was younger, I thought cats looked creepy with their slit pupils and their creeper tendencies. I didn’t like them. At all. However, that all changed when I got my first cat. It was back in 2013 when I was working at Sweet Factory and I saw on my Instagram that an acquaintance of mine (my mom’s friend’s daughter) was looking for someone to take in her cat. Even though I didn’t like cats, her cat looked really adorable in the photo. For a few days, I was contemplating if I should get the cat or not. I’m the only child and I could get lonely sometimes. Also, I wanted my dad to have a pet to keep him company. So after a lot of thinking, I decided to take in the cat.
Back in 2014 or maybe even earlier, I remember hearing about all the rage that surrounded Laneige’s Water Sleeping Mask. The product created a huge cult following and won many beauty awards in America. Of course, I was curious what the hype was about but at that time, I wasn’t really into Korean beauty. I mean I knew about Korean beauty but I didn’t really use K-beauty products consistently until more recent years. Also, I was busy trying to barely float and survive art college LOL. But on my recent Sephora trip, I thought I think it’s time to try it and see if the hype is well worth it. Well, let me tell you, I’m not on that Laneige band wagon LOL.
Okay, I thought I was going to cancel my Pinkseoul subscription after receiving my Mystery Box but after looking at the contents inside, I’m now hesitating. UGH.
So today I went to Sephora a few days ago and you know how it’s the closest thing to Heaven. Well… makeup and skincare heaven. I mean once you go in there, you can never leave. And even if you try to leave, you will most definitely will be leaving with huuuuuge purchases. I mean who can resist all the products calling out your name and seducing you. So of course, I made big purchases which, honestly, I do regret. Welp… YOLO LOL. What caught my eye was Boscia’s Matcha Magic Super-Antioxidant Mask. It had the magic word: matcha. I remember I resisted buying the mask the first time I saw it. I don’t know how but I was just able to fight off the temptation. But today was a different story. I immediately grabbed it and made a dash to the cash register before my brain was able to register what was going on. So now here I am blessing you guys with this review HAHAHA jks… I’m a skincare slave lol.
“Michelle, are you tired? Are you angry? Do you not feel good?” I had SO MANY people ask me those questions my whole entire 24 years of living. The answer is NO PEOPLE NO LOL. I mean yes, I’m tired… tired of life that is but other than that I’m fine. The reason why people ask me those questions is because of my dark circles… and my RBF. But that’s not the point. No matter how long I sleep, I can’t seem to get rid of my dark circles. So I did some research on why I have dark circles.
The beauty boxes just keep on coming. Got no time to breathe LOL. Buuut let’s get to it. The third box I received was Beauteque Monthly.
